Mosaic Community Services provides person-centered, integrated health services for people with mental illness and/or addictions in Baltimore City, Baltimore and Carroll Counties. Through programs and services such as outpatient mental health clinics, residential rehabilitation and residential crisis, addictions recovery services, vocational services, an assertive community treatment team and more, Mosaic’s 600+ staff provide care to approximately 25,000 people each year across Central Maryland.
