iFollowRoutine is an independent living skills and personal skills tutorial program and reading and vocabulary tutorial program designed for use by parents working with children with developmental disabilities or autism. This application (or app) allows a parent to use an Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to teach a child to follow routines each day before going to school and after coming home from school. The app includes a collection of standard routines for both boys and girls, and these routine activities are divided into three sections: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening. The routines include: Wake Up, Make Bed, Brush Teeth, Eat Breakfast, and Take Shower. Each activity features pre-stored visuals, text prompts, and videos. Routines can be customized to suit each child's individual needs and preferences by replacing built-in visuals or using videos from YouTube as routines. Time to complete each activity and order of activities can also be set. Available languages include English, Arabic, Bokmal, Norwegian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.
